1 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Active Dry or Rapid Rise Yeast
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons unsalted sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon mild molasses
3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
Servings: 12
1. SELECT loaf size recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.

2. MEASURE ingredients into bread machine pan according to manufacturer's instructions

3. PROCESS in basic cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.

Variations: Add 1/2 cup raisins, chopped walnuts or apricots.

Yield: 1 Loaf
