2 c. finely chopped franks
1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
2 tbsp. chopped bread & butter pickles
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4-1/2 tsp. celery seed
6-8 French or club rolls

Combine all ingredients except rolls. Split
rolls (butter, if desired - I don't), fill w/ frank
mixture. Seal each roll in piece of aluminum
foil. Bake at 400 on baking sheet for 15-18
minutes. May also use a mixture of cheeses,
such as Havarti, Monterey Jack, etc.
