Ingredients

1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
8 eggs
1 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more, less or none to taste) :p
1 cup of chopped green onions
1 cup of chopped green peppers
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese



In a large cast iron skillet, brown and crumble sausage, onions, green peppers ; drain and set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir in cheese, onions, green peppers and sausage. Pour into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
