Freezer Burgers

1 lb ground beef
1 envelope (about 1 1/2 oz) onion soup mix
1/2 cup finely crushed cracker crumbs
8 hamburger buns, split

Mix ground beef, onion soup mix and cracker crumbs. Shape mixture into eight 4 1/2" patties. Wrap each patty in single thickness aluminum foil; freeze. (Keep no longer than 3 months.) Wrap each bun in aluminum foil; freeze.

Heat frozen hamburgers and buns in foil wrappings in 425F oven 10 minutes.
