1 pkg Betty Crocker hash browns with onions
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Cover potatoes with very hot water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain potatoes on paper towels. Mix all ingredients; drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot well-greased griddle. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until brown.
