3 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
4 cups Wheaties cereal

Heat oven to 325F. In large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until stiff and glossy. fold in peanut butter and cereal.

Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 14 to 16 minutes.
