1/2 c EGG BEATERS 2 c BUTTERMILK BISCUIT MIX
1/3 c SUGAR 3 tb JELLY, ANY FLAVOR
1/4 c PEANUT BUTTER
6 servings
In A Medium Bowl, Combine Egg Beaters, Sugar, Milk And Peanut Butter. Mix
Until Smooth And Creamy. Add Baking Mix And Blend Well. Spoon Batter Into
Greased Muffin Cups, Filling Each 1/2 To 2/3 Full. Top Each Muffin With A
Little Jelly (1/2 Teaspoonful). Bake At 375 Deg F. For 15 To 20 Minutes Or
Until Golden Brown. Serve Warm. The Jelly Or Jam Used Sinks To The Center
For A Wonderful Suprise When Eaten.
