Chiffon Confections

Prepare lemon chiffon cake mix as directed on package except - bake in 2 ungreased baking pans, 9x9x2", 35 to 45 minutes. Invert to cool. Remove cakes from pans. Cut into 2 1/4 x 1" bars, 1" cubes, or 1" triangles.

Frost sides and tops with vanilla ready-to-spread frosting; roll in toasted coconut, finely chopped salted peanuts or confetti candy.

Makes 36 confections.
