1 3/4 c FLOUR 2 ea EGGS
2 c SUGAR 1 c MILK
1 1/2 ts BAKING POWDER 1/2 c OIL
1 1/2 ts BAKING SODA 2 ts VANILLA
3/4 c COCOA 1 c BOILING WATER
1 ts SALT
12 servings
Combine All Dry Ingredients In A Large Bowl. Add All Other Ingredients
Except For The Boiling Water. Beat Until Well Mixed, About 2 Minutes At
Medium Speed. Stir In Boiling Water (batter Will Be Thin). Pour Into
Greased Pan (either 1, 9" X 13" Or 2, 9" Round). Bake At 350 Deg F For 30
To 35 Minutes For Round Pans Or 35 To 40 For Sheet Pan. Cool 10 Minutes In
Pan, Then Remove To Wire Rack And Cool Completely.
