25 minutes

Grease, and flour an 8x8-inch cake pan.
Preheat oven at 350*F
1/2 cup butter,
1 cup white sugar,
2 egg yolks,
1 1/2 cup flour,
7 tbsp. milk,
2 large bananas,
1 tsp.baking powder,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1 tsp.vanilla,
1/2 tsp. salt.

Cream butter, and sugar. Add egg yolks, and mashed bananas, and beat together. Mix soda, salt, and flour, and add to creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
Add vanilla. Just before putting into cake pan, fold in baking powder. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Top with icing below.

Mock whipped cream icing
8 tbsps. butter 12 tbsps. icing sugar,
2 tbsps. ice cold water.
Beat for 2 minutes, then add;
1 tsp. vanilla, 2 tbsps. boiling water.
Now keep beating for 2 more minutes.
Spread over cooled cake, cover with foil, and refridgerate.
