Its thanks to this recipe i began making successful cakes

Self-raising Flour
Caster Sugar
Soft Butter

1. Preheat oven to around 190 degrees celcius

2. Weigh the eggs in the shells(any amount usually around 3 for 1 cake)

3. weigh out the same amount of ingredient for everything so it each ingredient weighs the same as the eggs.

4. Mix together sugar and butter

5. Crack and whisk eggs then slowly mix in

6. Add flour

7. Put in oven in a greased cake tin

8. Take out after 35 mins (Check if its done still by putting a knife in the centre, if it comes out with mixture put in a little longer)
