These mouthsize morsels of pure chocolate delight made with Eagle Brand will be eagerly snapped up first from any dessert tray.

3 175g packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Finely chopped nuts, flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, unsweetened cocoa, or colored sugar
Makes about 6 dozen.
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Shape into 3/4" balls; roll in any of the suggested coatings.
Chill 1 hour or until firm.
Store covered at room temperature.

Option: Creamy Chocolate Rum Truffles
Omit vanilla.
Stir 1/4 cup dark rum and 1/2 tsp. rum extract into melted chocolate mixture.
Chill.
Shape and roll in flaked coconut.
Proceed as above.
