They're messy, but they're worth it!

3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. creamy white frosting (2 layer package)
28 or 8oz. vanilla caramels
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup chopped pecans

Melt butter, add 2 tbsp. milk, stir in frosting and mix until well blended. Form into 2 rolls about 6x1 1/2", roll in waxed paper; chill.

Next - melt caramels with 2 tbsp. milk over hot water. Spread over chilled logs. Roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in waxed paper and store in fridge. Slice to serve.

Makes about 48 1/4" thick slices.
