Pretty light yellow. Use decorative jars.

8 cups peeled and grated zucchini
6 oranges, quartered and seeded
2 lemons, quartered and seeded
19 oz. can of crushed pineapple, well-drained
5 cups granulated sugar
2 X 3oz. orange-flavored gelatin (jelly powder)
1 X 3oz. lemon-flavored gelatin (jelly powder)
Makes 12 cups or 6 pints marmalade.
Put zucchini into large pot.
Grind oranges and lemons including rind.
Add pineapple and sugar.
Heat, stirring often, until mixutre boils.
Boil 15 minutes.
Add gelatin powders.
Stir to dissolve.
Cool.
Pour into containers, leaving 1" headroom.
Freeze.
