Soft mauve-pink color with flecks of red. This will receive a round of applause.

2 x 1/4 oz. unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup water
14 oz. canned whole cranberry sauce
14 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup icing (confectioners) sugar
Serves 8
Sprinkle gelatin over first amount of water in small saucepan.
Let stand 1 minute.
Heat and stir until dissolved.
Add second amount of water.
Pour into medium bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Shill, stirring and scraping down sides often, until is shows signs of thickening.
Pour into 6 cup mold.
Chill.
