Fill pint glass with ice. Fill 2 to 3 inches from top with cream and
top off with Coke. Transfer between two glass for foamy effect.
Variations: Add Baileys Add Amaretto Omit vodka to get a Frosty

Mix Galiano, Coca-Cola and ice. Float cream on top by pouring
over the back of a spoon which is just touching the top of the Coke
mixture.

Pour vodka, Galliano, and light cream into a Collins glass filled
with ice cubes and stir well.

In a frosted beer mug, add Galliano and Kahlua. Fill with beer or
club soda. (Beer works best to produce a foamy, root beer-like
"head.")
10 Lbs. Sugar
1 Pint Yeast
8 oz. Root Beer Extract
Dissolve the sugar in 10 gallons of warm water; add the root beer
extract and the yeast.
Stir until mixed; strain and seal in corked bottles.
Store at room temperature for a few days before using.
