1 jigger lime juice 1 jigger
1 jigger Cointreau 1 jigger
1 jigger brandy 1 jigger
1 egg white 1
1/2 cup cracked ice 125 mL
In an electric blender, blend on and off. Strain.
Chef's Note
1 jigger = 1-1/2 oz
1.0 oz. Cream
1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1.0 oz. Tequila
Put all ingredients in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice. Blend until
smooth and pour into glass.
.5 oz Light Rum
.5 oz Dark Rum
.5 oz Vodka
.5 oz Tequila
.5 oz Gin
Pour all ingredients into a Blender. Blend well at High speed. Pour
drink into a Collins glass.
1.0 each Banana
1.0 tblsp Honey
2.0 cups Milk
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and blend on
medium speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3
small glasses
