Cut the pineapple into quarters (through the coreto make 'boats'). Remove the hard core. Cut 'boats' into smaller sections. Use a grapefruit knife to separate the meat from the rind. Make sure to scrape away from yourself. Hope this helps. Double use, at least, for an infrequently used tool.
