    Mashed Boniatos

    1 pound Florida boniatos, peeled 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup Florida milk 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Servings: 4 Peel boniatos and cover with water and bring to a boil, simmer until boniatos are very tender. Drain and whip boniatos with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Servings: 4
