1.5 oz Whiskey
5 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
1 Tbs. Cherry Juice
2 squirts Bitters
Mix Whiskey, Bitters, and Cherry Juice in a ice-filled cocktail class,
and fill the remaining class with sour.
2 oz Blended Whiskey
.5 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into
shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail Glass.
1 dash Bitters
1 Cherry
2 oz. Whiskey
1 tsp. Sugar Simple Syrup
Stir all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a
cocktail glass.
Top with the cherry and serve.

1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 tsp. Triple Sec
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into

fool, till it hurts.

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

1.33 oz. Peach Schnapps
0.68 oz. Coconut Liqueur
Combine BOLS Peach, whisky, BOLS Coconut and a teaspoon of
cream in a shaker half-filled with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
