    1.5 c milk 1 vanilla bean-slit - 6 yolks 0.75 c sugar - 1 env gelatine 0.25 c water - 4 whites-montee’ p. salt - 0.5 c cream-montee’ =Infuse 1., Anglaise 1. & 2., add 3. Fold in 4. & 5.
