1.7 oz. Bacardi Gold Reserve 3.33 oz. Bols Lychee shake together everything except the Tabasco and pour into a glass. Drip Tabasco on top and swirl with the point of a cocktail stick.

1.5 oz. Anisette 1 Cube Sugar Pour ansi into special drip glass or old-fashioned glass. Place sugar cube over hole of drip spoon (or in silver tea strainer). Pack spoon or strainer with cracked ice pour cold water to fill. When water has dripped through, drink is ready.

1 1/2 oz. Absinthe 1 Piece Sugar Cube 2 Ounces Water dissolve 1 lump sugar, using the French drip spoon, and fill glass with cold water
