Orange
peel of
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Blonde
1 1/2 oz. Gin
Stir gin and Dubonnet with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add the twist of orange peel and serve.
1 1/2 Oz. Dark Rum
2 Dashes Bitters
1/2 Oz. Dubonnet Rouge
1 Maraschino Cherry
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum,
Dubonnet, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and
garnish with the cherry.
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1.5 oz. Dubonnet Blonde
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add Dubonnet and dry vermouth.
Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice.
1.5 oz. Dark Rum
3 drops Grand Marnier
2 tsp. Dubonnet Blonde
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add rum, Dubonnet, and Grand
Marnier.
Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a
cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Twist of
Lemon
peel of
Stir apple brandy and Dubonnet with cracked ice and strain into a
cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
