Twist of Orange peel of 3/4 oz. Dubonnet Blonde 1 1/2 oz. Gin Stir gin and Dubonnet with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.

1/2 oz. Vermouth 1/2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Shake well and strain into glass

1/2 Lime Juice 1/3 Part Brandy 1/3 Part Pernod 1/3 Part Dubonnet Blonde Shake well.

1 1/2 Oz. Dark Rum 2 Dashes Bitters 1/2 Oz. Dubonnet Rouge 1 Maraschino Cherry In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Dubonnet, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.

3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth 1.5 oz. Dubonnet Blonde Fill a mixing glass with ice and add Dubonnet and dry vermouth. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice.

1.5 oz. Dark Rum 3 drops Grand Marnier 2 tsp. Dubonnet Blonde Fill a mixing glass with ice and add rum, Dubonnet, and Grand Marnier. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

1.5 oz Dubonnet 1.5 oz Gin 1.5 oz Campari Add ice and ingredients to mixing glass. Stir. Strain into wine glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz. Dubonnet Blonde 1 oz. Whiskey Add Dubonnet and whiskey to a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.

1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet 3/4 oz. Gin 1 dash Bitters Twist of Lemon peel of Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge 1 oz. Creme de Cassis n/a Mineral Water Stir in an old fashioned glass and top with Perrier.

1 1/2 oz. Brandy Apple 1 oz. Dubonnet Twist of Lemon peel of Stir apple brandy and Dubonnet with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet 1 1/2 oz. Vermouth Dry Float vermouth on top of chilled Dubonnet in a wine glass and serve.

n/a Bitters 4 oz. Champagne a few Sugar Cube Soak sugar cube in Bitters , drop in glass and top with Dubonnet.

1 oz. Dubonnet 1 oz. Gin 2 dashes Bitters Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
