1 cup prepared quinoa
1 4oz portion of meat cut up (salmon, chicken, pork)
1/2 cup soybeans (shelled edamame)
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls oil
one egg, scrambled
*optional - cut cooked mixed veggies? - i'm sticking to more protein though.
