    6 oz choco- small pieces 2 tsp instant espresso cafe 65 ml water - 235 g butter 3 yolks 135 g powd. sugar =stir 1. over low heat till homogenous, put into bowl. Blanche butter, add rest in order, combine 1. & 2., blend thoroughly
