This is a pretty basic recipe - but I haven't gone near a milkshake since starting my glucophage. I'm also lactose intolerant - so all the more reason to stay away from these treats.
Ingredients:
sugar free / fat free vanilla ice cream ( 3 scoops )
Lactaid (or similar lactose-free brand )...
Sugar Free chocolate pudding package

2% milk(lactose free for me)

2 scoops all the whey protein isolate

4 servings of chocolate desert with the following macros per serving
Calories - 214
Fat - 3g
Carbs - 16g
Protein - 30g
1 pint Soy milk creamer
4 Egg yolks
4 ounces Maple syrup
4 ounces Caramelized Pecans
Yield: 1 1/2 pints
