Mince meat
3 lbs. raisins
2 lbs. currents
1/2 lb. suet
1 peck (8qt) apples
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups fruit juice
1 cup brown sugar
Chop apples, finely. Put all ingredients in a pot and boil for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Put in jars while hot.
