2 pints Galliano
2 pints hot Black Coffee
1 pint heavy Cream
1 pinch Nutmeg
Layer Galliano, then hot coffee, then cream. Sprinkle with a pinch
of nutmeg.
2 pounds cherries, fresh, pitted
1 pint port wine
2 oranges
2 pints simple syrup
2 pints chicken stock
