from an old family spice cake recipe.
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp...
1/2 oz. Cherry Liqueur
1.5 oz. Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. Vermouth
1/2 oz. Amer Picon
Fill mixing glass with ice and above ingredients. Shake and strain
into chilled glass.
1 1/2 oz. Canadian Whiskey
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 1/2 tsp. Amer Picon
1 1/2 tsp. Maraschino Cherry
stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with sugar.
4 Salmon Steaks
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Lemon Juiced
½ Lemon Zest
1 tablespoon Salt
1 small Onion, Quartered
4 Parsley, Sprig
6 Peppercorns, Crushed

½ cup Chives
½ cup Green Pepper
4 tablespoon Parsley
½ cup Spinach
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
