2 oz Rock & Rye
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 slice Lemon
3 oz boiling Water
1 stick Cinnamon
grated Nutmeg
Pour rock and rye and bitters into coffee mug. Add lemon slice.
Add boiling water and cinnamon stick. Stir. Sprinkle with grated
nutmeg.
2 oz. Bacardi Black Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Superfine Sugar
Fill glass with ice, squeeze 1 oz fresh lime juice and drop in lime
skin, add recipe and mix with a swizzle stick until mixed and
chilled.
Swizzle, rub stick between your palms
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz.
Vermouth

3/4 oz. Gin
1 stick Pineapple
Shake all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with ice and strain
into a cocktail glass. Add the stick of pineapple and serve.
1.5 oz. Pimm's No. 1
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 stick Cucumber
4 oz. Sprite
Garnish with lemon and lime squeezes and a cucumber stick and
top with 4 oz of Sprite and Ginger Ale
2 oz.

1 stick Peppermint Candy
Pour schnapps into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Stir and
serve with the peppermint stick to be used as a swizzle stick.
1 3/4 oz. Blended Whiskey
1/2 tsp. Anisette
2 dashes Bitters
1 stick Pineapple
Stir all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a
cocktail glass. Add the pineapple stick on top and serve.
1 1/4 oz. Southern Comfort
1 Lemon
4 oz. Water
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp. Butter
Combine all ingredients except butter in warm mug. Float butter
on top and stir with cinnamon stick.
2 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 tsp. Butter
1 Cloves
6 oz. Water
1 Cinnamon Stick
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon stick in hot mug. Pour
and stir with cinnamon stick.
1 oz. Vodka
DeKuyper Hot Damn Cinnamon
1 oz.
Schnapps
1 Cinnamon Stick
8 Tomato Juice
Add ingredients together in highball glass stir with cinnamon
stick.
