    Tarragon Dressing 3/4 c. olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon, finely chopped Salt and pepper Stir together.
