1/2 oz. Bourbon
Top With Whipping Cream
To Taste Sugar
Brew your favorite coffee. Whip some whipping cream. Add 1/2
shot of bourbon to each cup of coffee. Add a pinch of brown sugar
and stir. Top with fresh whipped cream.
1.5 oz Anisette
1.5 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Amaretto
Hot Black Coffee
1 tsp. Honey
2 oz Whipping Cream
Pour liquors into coffee cup. Fill cup 3/4 full. Add honey and top
with whipping cream.

1 cup chopped Oregon hazelnuts
6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup whipping cream
Servings: 12
Beat eggs; add sugar. Combine with hazelnuts and flour. Bake at 350º in flat pan until golden brown. When cool, spread whipping cream, then roll into a roll. Keep frozen.
Yield: 3 1/4 cups
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon rum*
Servings: 8
Beat whipping cream until fluffy; add honey slowly and beat until stiff. Fold in rum.

Notes: *One-half teaspoon rum extract can be substituted.
