Aztec Casserole


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
12 oz. can kernel corn
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 cups corn chips
8 oz. jar cheez whiz

Heat oven to 375F.
Brown meat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add corn, barbecue sauce and chili powder. Place 1 cup corn chips in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Top with cheez whiz. Bake for 25 minutes.
