Shortbread Tart Dough
Chocolate Mousse
Powdered sugar

1. Roll out the shortbread tart dough. Cut it into uniform rectangles. Bake the rectangles.

2. Place one piece of baked shortbread on a serving plate. Top with some chocolate mousse. Top with another layer of shortbread and more mousse. Top with a piece of shortbread dusted with powdered sugar.
