Cucumbers In Sour Cream

1 cucumber large, peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons onions finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon white peppers
Salad greens
Minced parsley

In a medium bowl, toss cucumber with salt; cover and refrigerate until well chilled.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, onion, sugar and white pepper; blend well. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture for garnish. Combine cucumber with remaining sour cream mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until well chilled.

To serve, arrange cucumber slices on a bed of salad greens; top with reserved sour cream mixture and sprinkle with parsley,
