8 oz cream cheese 250 g
1 cup sour cream 250 mL
1 cup salsa 250 mL
2 cups cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated 500 mL
2 tbsp green onion, chopped 30 mL
1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced 125 mL
tortilla chips
Blend cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread in an 8-in/20-cm glass pie plate.
Spread salsa over cream cheese mixture. Top with grated cheese. Top with onion and sliced olives.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips placed around edge of pie plate.
