3 lbs. beef round steak, 3/4" thick
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. instant chopped onion
3/4 cup catsup
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Cut meat into 10 serving pieces. In large skillet, brown meat in oil over medium heat; remove meat to Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; simmer 5 minutes. Pour catsup mixture over meat. Cover; bake 2 hours or until meat is tender.
