8 oz. fettucini (med. broad egg noodles)
5 oz. butter
6 oz. cooked ham, chopped
4 cups grated parmesan cheese
4 cups grated romano cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 egg yolk, beaten
Cook fettucini according to package.
In a fry pan, melt butter.
To fry pan, add ham; saute until golden brown.
Drain fettucini, add to fry pan.
Add all remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly and serve hot.
