4c finely shreaded cabbage
3 carrots shreaded
1/4c (or less) sugar
1/2c mayo
1/2c buttermilk
2T red wine vinegar
1/2c blue cheese
1/4t celery seed
s & p to taste
Toss all ingredients except veggies in to processor and blend till smooth. Coat veggies and let sit overnight in the chill chest to marinate the slaw.
