1.0 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1.0 fill with Water
Separate egg and beat yolk and white separately. Fold together.
Combine with sugar syrup in mug. Add dark rum and brandy. Beat.
Fill with hot milk or water. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
