I´d recommend just going with an adult multi-vitamin. There really isn´t that much of a difference between the two and the real determining factor is your body weight. If you are planning on becoming pregnant, or there is a chance you might become pregnant, make sure the multi has Folic acid. The birth defects that happen because of a Vitamin B9 deficiency sometimes occur before the woman even knows she is pregnant. Finally, be careful about the ultra-cheap capsules. Multi vitamins use what are termed ´binding agents´ to hold the actual vitamin molecules together and give the capsule its shape. The problem is the very cheap vitamins basically glue the vitamins together, and they are never released so the can be absorbed in your intestines.
