I ruined my entire set of stainless steel pans I bought from Macy's I cooked at the lowest temperatures but they still burned,The pans were thin stainless steel, which always worked fine on my previous electric stove.I know my parents always used copper pots with their stove.ANY TIPS?

Le Creuset pots and pans are amazing. They're really expensive though. My grandma got some at an outlet store a long time ago and gave some to my mom. My grandma died when I was a teenager and passed them down to my mom who passed them down to me as a going away present when I moved out at 18. I'm big into cooking, and I can really vouch for them.

I have always had luck with T-Fal brand. No burns, and to discoloration.Never burned on me, and I can't cook to save my life!
