2 cups Robin Hood Nutri flour blend
2 cups Robin Hood or Old Mill oats
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 cup cold butter, cut into cubes

1 pkg. (200g) Chipits Skor toffee bits
1/3 cup whipping cream
