Recipe Feeder
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1tsp. thyme
mushrooms (I use a pkg. of already sliced)
1 green pepper, sliced into sticks
1 red pepper, sliced into sticks
1 yellow pepper, sliced into sticks
1 med. onion sliced
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, minced
a few tablespoons of Tuscan style olive oil Italian dressing

Cook chicken in a non stick pan with the dressing until browned on both sides. Meanwhile, slice veggies and add all to slow cooker with the garlic. Place browned chicken on veggies. Mix thyme with the tomatoes and pour over chicken.

Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high.

serve on brown rice with a salad on the side.
