Recipe Feeder
6 lean pork chops
1/2 cup (125 ml) all purpose flour
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1 tsp (5 ml) dry mustard
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 can condensed chicken soup with rice
1 can chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup (250 ml) uncooked rice


Mix flour, salt, and mustard.
Dredge pork chops in mixture.
In a large skillet; heat oil.
Add pork chops and brown on both sides.

Layer pork chops in slow cooker.
Add onion, chicken soup, chicken broth and rice.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high.
