Butter Crunch
1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 or 2 drops aromatic bitters, if desired
Vanilla ice cream

Prepare Butter Crunch. Heat oven to 450F. In ungreased 9" pie pan or baking dish, 8x8x2", mix pie filling, lemon juice, cinnamon and bitters. Sprinkle 1 cup of the Butter Crunch evenly over top.

Bake 10 minutes or until top is light golden and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream.

Pineapple Crisp:
Substitute 1 can (22 oz) pineapple pie filling for the apple pie filling.
