1 pkg (8 oz) dried apricots, ground or finely cut up
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup finely chopped nuts or confectioners' sugar

Mix apricots, coconut and milk. Shape mixture into 1" balls; roll in nuts. Let stand 2 hours or until firm.
