Recipe Feeder
1 cup sugar 250 mL
1/2 cup water 125 mL
1/2 cup orange juice 125 mL
1/4 cup lemon juice 60 mL
2 cups raspberries 500 mL
1 tbsp Grand Marnier 15 mL

Bring sugar and water to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture becomes syrupy.

Add the juice and raspberries. Sieve the liquid and add liqueur.

Pour into 2 dessert bowls and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Chef's Note

Use this recipe for any small whole fruit. A light and easy-to-prepare dessert.
