Recipe Feeder
2c fresh blueberries
1t fresh grated lemon zest
1/3c sugar
1T lemon juice
1t corn starch
2/3c flour
1t bake powder
3/4t ground cardamon
1/2c heavy cream

400* oven and grease a 9" pie pan

Toss berries, zest, sugar, lemon juice and corn starch. Stir to coat and toss into pie plate.

Sift flour, bake powder, cardamon, and pinch of salt into a bowl. With a fork, stir cream in, till just mixed. Drop dough into 5 mounds onto berries, and bake 20-25 min till golden brown.

The flavors of the lemon and cardamon with the berries is one of the most amazing new tastes I've had in a long time!!! Please enjoy, Laura
